Patrik Kleemola (パトリック・クレモラ)。フィンランドの男性ギタリスト。1981年3月13日生まれ。
2004年にフィンランドで開催された武満国際ギターコンクールで優勝。イタリア、フィンランド、アルゼンチン、ウルグアイで開催される音楽祭に数多く出演。16世紀イタリアの楽曲から彼自身のために作曲された現代曲まで幅広いレパートリーを誇る。2012年にデビューアルバムをリリース。
