Julian Bliss (ジュリアン・ブリス)。イギリスの男性クラリネット奏者。1989年生まれ。
21世紀を代表するクラリネット奏者。4歳からクラリネットを始める。2001年に12歳でインディアナ大学大学院で芸術の修士号を取得した(ただし卒業証書は彼の高校卒業まで授与されなかった)。リューベック音楽大学でザビーネ・マイヤーに師事。2002年にはエリザベス女王の即位50年を祝う式典(Golden Jubilee of Elizabeth II)で演奏、さらにエリザベス女王の80歳の誕生日を祝う式典でも演奏を披露した。各国の著名なオーケストラとソロクラリネット奏者として数多く共演している。ピアニストのエレーヌ・グリモー、エレーナ・バシュキロワ、ヴァイオリニストのジョシュア・ベル、ジュリアン・ラクリンなど一流のアーティストとの共演も多い。
