Paul Meyer (ポール・メイエ)。フランスの男性クラリネット奏者。1965年3月5日生まれ。
フランスを代表するクラリネット奏者。アルザス・ミュルーズ出身。13歳でソリストとしてデビュー。パリ高等音楽院とバーゼル音楽院で学ぶ。1982年にフランスの若手音楽家コンクール、1984年にはニューヨークで開催された若手演奏家オーディションで優勝。ゲルト・キュール(オーストリア)、クシシュトフ・ペンデレツキ(ポーランド) 、ルチアーノ・ベリオ(イタリア)、カロル・ベファ(フランス)ら作曲家の作品の世界初演を行った。エマニュエル・クリヴィヌ、ギュンター・ヘルビヒDenonからフルート奏者のジャン=ピエール・ランパル、ピアニストのエリック・ル・サージュと共演して数多くのアルバムをリリース。ヴァイオリニストのルノー・カプソン、チェリストのゴーティエ・カプソンらと共演したブラームスのクラリネット五重奏曲の録音は名盤。他にもジャズ・ベーシスト、ヴォーカリストのニッキ・パロットとも共演した録音がある。2012年に東京佼成ウインド・オーケストラで指揮を務めた際のライブ録音もリリースされている。
