Emilie-Claire Barlow (エミリー・クレア・バーロウ)。カナダの女性歌手。1976年6月6日生まれ。
自身のレーベル、Empress Music Groupから複数のアルバムをリリースし、テレビアニメシリーズのキャラクターの声を担当したこともある。英語、フランス語、ポルトガル語で歌う。1998年にデビューアルバム『Sings』をリリース。カナダのジュノー賞に7回ノミネートされ、アルバム『Seule ce soir』は2013年に最優秀ジャズ・ヴォーカル・レコーディング賞を、『Clear Day』は2016年に同賞を受賞している。『Seule ce soir』は2013年のADISQ賞でアルバム・オブ・ザ・イヤー-ジャズ・インタープリテーションも受賞している。016年のジュノー賞でジャック・リチャードソン・プロデューサー・オブ・ザ・イヤー賞にもノミネートされている。2008年のナショナル・ジャズ・アワードで女性ヴォーカリスト・オブ・ザ・イヤーに選ばれた。影響を受けた人物としてエラ・フィッツジェラルド、トニー・ベネット、スティービー・ワンダーの名前を挙げている。テレビアニメシリーズの様々なキャラクターの声を担当しており、『セーラームーン』のセーラーマーズとセーラーヴィーナス、『トータルドラマ』シリーズのコートニー、ローリー、エロディ、『6teen』のクリッシー、『ストーク』のリッジマウント夫人、『Almost Naked Animals』のバニー、『Fugget About It』のテレーサ・ファルコーネ（マクドゥガル）などがある。
