Rumer (ルーマー)。イギリスの女性歌手。1979年6月3日生まれ。
本名はサラ・ジョイス。シンガーソングライター。バート・バカラック、エルトン・ジョン、カーリー・サイモン、ジュールズ・ホランドなど音楽業界の有力者に支持され、2011年1月13日に2部門でブリット・アワードの候補となった。2010年にリリースされたデビュー・アルバム『Seasons of My Soul』は全英チャートで3位を記録し、2013年には100万枚以上を売り上げプラチナ認定された。2012年にリリースされた『Boys Don't Cry』は全英チャートで3位を記録、グラストンベリー・フェスティバルなどのフェスティバルでパフォーマンスを行った。2016年11月にアルバム『This Girl's in Love （バカラック＆デヴィッド・ソングブック）』をリリース。2020年8月に5作目『Nashville Tears』をリリースした。
