Ilya Musin (イリヤ・ムーシン)。ロシアの男性指揮者。1903年12月24日生まれ。1999年6月6日没。
ニコライ・マルコ、アレクサンドル・ガウクから指揮を学ぶ。1932年からサンクトペテルブルク音楽院で指揮を教え始め、手を主体として最低限の言語コミュニケーションで、オーケストラを指揮するための包括的な方法を構築した。1934年にフリッツ・シュティードリーの助手として、サンクトペテルブルク・フィルハーモニー交響楽団の指揮者となる。
