林望傑。インドネシアのジャカルタ生まれ。4歳からピアノを始める。17歳の時ロックフェラー財団の奨学金を得てジュリアード音楽院で研鑽を積んだ。2004年から2017年までサンディエゴ交響楽団の音楽監督と指揮者を務めた。
