Leonard Slatkin (レナード・スラットキン)。アメリカの男性指揮者。1944年9月1日生まれ。
ユダヤ系アメリカ人指揮者。ロサンジェルス生まれ。旧ロシア帝国の地域(現ウクライナ)の音楽家の家系の下に生まれる。父のフェリックス・スラットキンはヴァイオリニスト、指揮者でハリウッド弦楽四重奏楽団を創設し、母のエレノア・スラットキンはハリウッド弦楽四重奏楽団のチェリストを務めていた。1966年にニューヨークの若手交響楽団の音楽監督を務めて指揮者としてデビュー。1996年から2008年までワシントン・ナショナル交響楽団の音楽監督を務め、2000年にはBBC交響楽団の首席指揮者に就任した。
