Mirga Grazinyte-Tyla (ミルガ・グラジニーテ＝ティーラ)。リトアニアの女性指揮者。1986年8月29日生まれ。
リトアニアのヴィリニュス生まれ。母親はピアニスト、歌手、祖母はヴァイオリニスト、叔父はオルガン奏者という音楽一家のもとに生まれる。もともとは、フランス語と絵を学んでいたが、11歳で音楽に転向し、合唱指揮を学び始めた。13歳で初めて合唱指揮をし、オーストリアのグラーツ国立音楽大学でヨハネス・プリンツのもとで研鑽を積み。2007年に卒業。フェリックス・メンデルスゾーン・バルトルディ音楽演劇大学でウルリヒ・ヴィントフール、チューリッヒ芸術大学でヨハネス・シュレーフリに師事。2011年にハイデルベルク歌劇場の第2カペルマイスター、2013年にベルン歌劇場の第1カペルマイスターをそれぞれ1期務めた。2015年よりザルツブルク州立劇場の音楽監督を務めた。2015年よりバーミンガム市交響楽団の客員指揮者を務めt、2016年より音楽監督に就任した。2016年にロンドンのプロムスでデビュー。2019年にドイツ・グラモフォンと契約し、ミェチスワフ・ヴァインベルクの交響曲でレコーディングデビューを果たした。
