Robert Spano (ロバート・スパーノ)。アメリカの男性指揮者。1961年5月7日生まれ。
1996年から2004年までブルックリン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団の音楽監督を務めた。2001年よりアトランタ交響楽団の音楽監督を務めている。ヨーロッパ、アメリカを中心に指揮活動を行い、特に現代作曲家の作品の指揮で高い評価を受けている。録音では、アトランタ交響楽団を指揮して、グラミー賞を複数回受賞している。2006年にはアルゼンチンの作曲家、オスバルド・ゴリホフのオペラ「Ainadamar」を録音し、グラミー賞の最高オペラ賞、および最高現代クラシック作曲賞を受賞している。
