Heinrich Schiff (ハインリヒ・シフ)。オーストリアの男性チェリスト。1951年11月18日生まれ。
オーストリアのグムンデン生まれ。両親のヘルガ、ヘルムート・シフは指揮者。チェロをアンドレ・ナヴァラ、トビアス・キューネに師事。1971年にウィーンとロンドンでデビュー。指揮をハンス・スワロフスキーに学んだ。1986年に指揮者としてデビュー。1990年から1996年までノーザン・シンフォニアの芸術監督を務めた。1996年から2000年までデンマークのコペンハーゲン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、1996年から2001年までスイスのコレギウム・ムジクム・ヴィンタートゥールの首席指揮者を務めた。2004年から2008年までウィーン室内管弦楽団の首席指揮者を務めた。チェリストとしてはバッハのチェロ作品、ショスタコーヴィチのチェロ協奏曲の録音をリリースしている。ヴァイオリニストのフランク・ペーター・ツィマーマン、ピアニストのヴォルフガング・サヴァリッシュとともに録音したブラームスのダブルコンチェルトは、ドイツのエコー賞の前身となるDeutscher Schallplattenpreis(ドイツ・レコード大賞)を受賞している。教え子には作曲家/ピアニストのルディ・スプリンク、チェリストのゴーティエ・カピュソン、タリー・クライン、リチャード・ハーウッドがいる。
