Kate Dillingham (ケイト・ディリンガム)。アメリカの女性チェリスト。
ニューヨークを拠点に活動中。モスクワ音楽院でチェリストのマリア・チャイコフスカヤに師事。1998年にロシアでオーケストラデビュー、また同時に初アルバムをリリース。2002年にニューヨークのマーキン コンサート ホールで、オーガスタ・リード・トーマスとジェニファー・ヒグドンの曲を演奏してアメリカでデビュー。
