Nina Kotova (ニーナ・コトワ)
チェリスト
Nina Kotova (ニーナ・コトワ)。ロシアの女性チェリスト。1969年10月27日生まれ。
6歳からモスクワ音楽院でチェロを学び始める。11歳でソロデビュー。15歳の時プラハ国際音楽コンクールで優勝。19歳の時旧ソ連を離れ、ドイツとアメリカでチェロの研鑽を積む。これまでにロンドンのウィグモアホール、バービカン・センター 、ニューヨークのカーネギーホールなど著名なコンサートホールでリサイタルを行っている。フィリップス・クラシックスのデビュー・アルバムに加え、ブロッホのシェロモと自身のチェロ協奏曲、フィルハーモニア管とのドヴォルザークのチェロ協奏曲をソニーで録音し、ドイツ・グラモフォンが過去50年間の偉大なチェリストに敬意を表したコンピレーション『Masters of the Bow』にも参加している。ピアニストのファビオ・ビディーニとのロシア・ソナタの録音（ワーナークラシックス）、ウラジーミル・フェドセーエフ指揮チャイコフスキー交響楽団とのチャイコフスキーの録音（デロスプロダクションズ）、ピアニストのジョゼ・フェガリとの「ロマンティック・リサイタル」などをリリースしている。2017年にはバッハ:無伴奏チェロ組曲の全曲録音をリリースし、高い評価を受けている。テキサス大学（テキサス州オースティン）のアーティスト・イン・レジデンスとして後進の指導にあたっている。
