Paul Tortelier (ポール・トルトゥリエ)。フランスの男性チェリスト。1914年3月21日生まれ。1990年12月18日没。
パリ生まれ。パリ国立高等音楽・舞踊学校でチェロの研鑽を積む。1931年にオーケストラのコンセール・ラムルーと共演し、ラロのチェロ協奏曲を演奏し、オーケストラデビュー。モンテカルロ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団の首席チェロ奏者を1937年まで務め、ボストン交響楽団の首席チェロ奏者を1937年から1940年まで務めた。1956年から69年までパリ国立高等音楽・舞踊学校で教授職にあり、ジャクリーヌ・デュ・プレを教えたこともある(ジャクリーヌ・デュ・プレの主要な教師はウィリアム・プリースであった)。教え子にはネイサン・ワクス、アルト・ノラスらがいる。ドイツのエッセンにあるフォルクヴァング芸術大学、ニース地方音楽院でもチェロを教えた。 バッハのチェロ作品、エルガーのチェロ協奏曲。シュトラウスの「ドン・キホーテ」の録音が有名。
