Hee-Young Lim (ヒヨン・リム)

Hee-Young Lim (ヒヨン・リム)。韓国の女性チェリスト。1987年生まれ。
15歳で韓国国立大学に史上最年少で入学後、渡米し、ニューイングランド音楽院（NEC）で学ぶ。NECを卒業後、パリ国立高等音楽院に留学し、フィリップ・ミュラーらの指導を受けた。NECを卒業後、パリ国立高等音楽院に留学し、フィリップ・ミュラーなどの指導を受け、「最高殊勲賞」（mention tres bien a l'unanimite）を受賞して卒業した。また、ワイマールのフランツ・リスト音楽院に留学し、「mit auszeichnung」（summa cum laude）の学位を取得した。 2007年、ワシントンDCのケネディセンターで北米リサイタルデビュー。2009年、ワシントン国際弦楽コンクールで第1位を獲得。2009年ヒューストン交響楽団イマ・ホッグ・ヤング・アーティスト・コンペティションで銀賞受賞。ノルマンディー国際フォーラム（フランス）でグランプリ受賞、ヴィトルド・ルトスワフスキ国際チェロ・コンペティション（ワルシャワ）で第3位受賞。2015年、リムはヤニック・ネゼ＝セガンが任命したロッテルダム・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団の首席ソロ・チェロ奏者に就任した。ロンドン交響楽団と指揮者スコット・ユーと共演して「フランスのチェロ協奏曲」をソニー・クラシカルからデビュー・アルバムをリリースした。
