Ophelie Gaillard (オフェリー・ガイヤール)

Ophelie Gaillard (オフェリー・ガイヤール)。フランスの女性チェリスト。1974年6月13日生まれ。
パリ生まれ。パリ国立高等音楽院でモーリスブルグのクラスの室内楽、フィリップ・ミュレールのクラスのチェロ、クリストフコインのクラスのチェロで1等賞を獲得。チェロ教育学の適性証明書とソルボンヌ大学の音楽学の免許を取得しており、2000年から教鞭をとっている。2014年、ジュネーブのオート・エコール・ドゥ・ムジークの教授に就任した。1998年にヨハン・ゼバスティアン・バッハ国際コンクールで第3位を受賞。2003年にヴィクトワール音楽賞で「Revelation：Solo Instrumentalist of the Year」に選出された。バッハの無伴奏チェロ組曲、ブリテンの無伴奏チェロ組曲、ピアニストのヴァネッサ・ワグナーとのチェロソナタは高く評価されている。2014年には、カール・フィリップ・エマニュエル・バッハのチェロ協奏曲とプルシネッラの録音がディアパゾンドール・オブ・ザ・イヤー賞を受賞。2004年以来、アコーデオン奏者のパスカル・コンテットと共演。ダンサーのダニエル・ラリューとシディ・ラルビ・チェルカウイとコラボレーションを行っている。2005年、古楽器演奏の室内アンサンブル、プルシネッラを設立。
