ピアニスト
Sarah Cahill (サラ・ケイヒル)。アメリカの女性ピアニスト。1960年生まれ。
20世紀のアメリカの作曲家の作品の探究を行っており、ヘンリー・カウエル、ルース・クロフォード＝シーガー、レオ・オーンスタイン、マーク・ブリッツスタインの作品の研究と録音を行った。アメリカの作曲家ルー・ハリソンのピアノ作品を数多く演奏しており、1997年にピアニストの高橋アキとともに2台のピアノのための「Festival Dance」の初演を行った。サンフランシスコやロサンゼルス、シカゴなどアメリカだけでなく、東京や福岡でも公演を行った。2019年にはバークレーでルー・ハリソンのピアノ協奏曲をジャワ音楽のガムランと一緒に演奏した。クラシックや現代音楽で、ピアニストのジョゼフ・クペーラ、アダム・テンドラー、レジナ・マイヤース、ヴァイオリニストのスチュアート・カーニンらと共演している。インターロッケン芸術祭、クリーブランド美術館、ボストン近代美術館などでコンサートを行っている、
