Alexander Kobrin (アレクサンダー・コブリン)
ピアニスト
Alexander Kobrin (アレクサンダー・コブリン)。ロシアの男性ピアニスト。1980年3月20日生まれ。
5歳でモスクワのグネーシン特別音楽学校に入学し、タチアナ・ゼリクマンに師事。18歳でモスクワ・チャイコフスキー音楽院に入学し、レフ・ナウモフに師事、同大学院の学位を取得。1998年、18歳の時、スコットランド国際ピアノコンクールで優勝した。翌1999年には、ブゾーニ・コンクールで優勝。2000年、ユンディ・リが優勝したワルシャワの第14回ショパン国際ピアノコンクールでは3位に入賞。日本の浜松コンクールでは、ラファル・ブレハッチと同点2位（1位なし）に入賞。2005年6月、第12回ヴァン・クライバーン国際ピアノコンクールで優勝した。モスクワ・ヴィルトゥオージ、スイス・ロマンド管弦楽団、ザルツブルク室内管弦楽団、モスクワ国立交響楽団、リオデジャネイロ交響楽団、イギリス室内管弦楽団、大阪交響楽団、東京交響楽団と共演している。特に古典派とロマン派の音楽に関心を持っており、ヴァン・クライバーン・コンクールでの演奏を収録したコンパクトディスクとともに、オール・ショパンのコンパクトディスクを録音している。モスクワのグネーシン国立音楽アカデミーで教えていたが、2009年秋に米国に移住した。現在はコロンバス州立大学シュウォブ音楽院とニューヨーク大学スタインハート文化・教育・人間開発学部で教鞭をとっている。2017年秋にイーストマン音楽院のピアノ科でも教えるようになった。ソリスト、室内楽奏者として演奏活動を続けている。
