Andre Watts (アンドレ・ワッツ)。アメリカの男性ピアニスト。1946年6月20日生まれ。
ドイツのニュルンベルクでハンガリア人の母とアメリカ人の父のもとに生まれる。4歳からヴァイオリンを始め、6歳からピアノへ転向した。8歳でアメリカへ家族とともに移住し、ペンシルベニア州のフィラデルフィアで暮らした。フィラデルフィア音楽アカデミーに入学し、1963年に卒業。ゲニア・ロビノア(Genia Robinor)、ドリス・ボーデン、クレメント・ペトリオらに師事した。1963年の1月にリストのピアノ協奏曲第1番を演奏して、演奏がテレビ放映された。同年、レナード・バーンスタインからグレン・グールドの代役を頼まれ、ニューヨーク・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団と共演し演奏が大成功を収めた。ボルティモアのピーボディ音楽院に入学し、レオン・フライシャーに師事。1964年には、小澤征爾指揮のニューヨーク・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団と共演してサン・サーンスのピアノ協奏曲第2番を演奏した。1966年にロンドン交響楽団と共演してロンドンデビューを果たした。1972年にピーボディ音楽院を卒業。1970年代中ごろには精力的にコンサートを行っていた。1973年にはイェール大学から名誉博士号を贈られた。1988年にエーブリー・フィッシャー賞を受賞。2011年にはアメリカ国民芸術勲章(National Medal of Arts)を授与された。レパートリーでは特にロマン派の作曲家、ショパン、リストの作品で優れた録音を残している。インディアナ大学ジェイコブス音楽院でピアノの教授を務めている。
