Julien Libeer (ジュリアン・リベール)。ベルギーの男性ピアニスト。1987年生まれ。
ブリュッセルの王立音楽院でダニエル・ブルメンタール(Daniel Blumenthal)、パリでジャン・ファッシーナ(Jean Fassina)、エリザベート王妃音楽院でアベル・ラーマン・エル・バッハ(Abdel Rahman El Bacha)、アルテミス四重奏団に師事。2012年にマリア・ジョアン・ピリスに出会ってから、2013年から2017年にかけて数多く共演した。ブリュッセルのCenter for Fine Arts、パリ市立劇場(Theatre de la Ville)、サル・コルトー (La salle Cortot)、ロンドンのバービカン・センター、アムステルダムのコンセントヘボウなどで演奏活動を行っている。ソリストとしてこれまでにブレーメン・ドイツ室内フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、ブリュッセル・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、ベルギー国立管弦楽団、アントワープ交響楽団と共演。2015年に来日し、新日本フィルと共演した。指揮者では、エルヴェ・ニケ、トレヴァー・ピノック、ミシェル・タバシュニク、オーギュスタン・デュメイ、エンリケ・マッツォーラらと共演。録音では2015年にラヴェル、リパッティの作品を収録したアルバムをリリースしている。また2016年、2018年にヴァイオリニストのロレンゾ・ガットとベートーヴェンのヴァイオリンソナタを収録したアルバム、さらに2020年にはバッハとバルトークの作品を収録したアルバムをリリースしている。
