ピアニスト
Kevin Jansson (ケビン・ジャンソン)。アイルランドの男性ピアニスト。2000年8月生まれ。
6歳からCITコーク音楽学校でメアリー・ビーティーに師事。ピアノとヴァイオリンの両方で数多くの賞を受賞している。15歳のときには、スイスのSommets Musicaux de Gstaad FestivalのThierry Scherz賞に最年少で参加し、共同受賞しています。ティエリー・エスカイの「印象派のエチュード」の初録音を含むソロピアノのデビューCDをClavesレーベルからリリースした。その他、ドイツ、セルビア、イタリアの国際的なコンクールで第1位を獲得している。最近では、マルタ・アルゲリッチとワルシャワのフリデリック・ショパン・インスティテュートから後援を受けた2018年のJeune Chopin Competitionで優勝した。ランラン国際音楽財団の音楽大使も務め、12歳でリサイタルデビュー、13歳で協奏曲デビューを果たし、2017年にはNYコンサーティシンフォニエッタと一緒にカーネギーホールのワイルリサイタルホールにデビューした。12歳でアイルランド・ナショナル・ユース・オーケストラの史上最年少メンバーとなり、後に同オーケストラのコンサートマスターを務めた。2016年にはアイルランド全国物理オリンピックで金メダルを、2017年には欧州連合科学オリンピックでアイルランド代表として銀メダルを獲得している。
