Lori Sims (ロリ・シムズ)。アメリカの女性ピアニスト。
1993年アメリカン・ピアニスト協会コンクールで審査員から優秀な成績を収め優勝、1994年ベルリンのフェリックス・バルトルディ・メンデルスゾーン・コンクールで優勝、1998年ジーナ・バッカウアー国際ピアノコンクールで金賞を受賞。ハノーファー北ドイツ放送交響楽団、イスラエル・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、インディアナポリス交響楽団、ユタ交響楽団と共演するなど、北米、欧州、中国各地で演奏活動を行っている。1993年にはアメリカン・ピアニスト・アソシエーションのクラシック・フェローに任命された。2000年のアリスタリー・ホールでデビュー。レオン・フライシャー、クロード・フランク、アリー・ヴァルディらがいる。 イェール大学では、音楽学部で最も優秀な大学院生に贈られる学長賞を受賞し、Deutsche Akademische Austauschdienstから2年間のフェローシップを授与された。イリノイ大学の客員助教授を務めた後、現在、ウェスタンミシガン大学の教授として、ピアノを教え、伴奏と鍵盤文学の講義を担当している。夏期には、ノースカロライナ州のイースタン音楽祭とドイツのゴスラーで開催される国際コンツェルトフェスティバルでアーティスト・ティーチを務めている。ウィリアム・ボルコムのヴァイオリン・ソナタをヴァイオリニストのレナータ・アートマン・クニフィックと共演したアルバムはBBCミュージック・マガジンから5つ星を獲得した。
