Soheil Nasseri (ソヘイル・ナセリ)
ピアニスト
Soheil Nasseri (ソヘイル・ナセリ)。アメリカの男性ピアニスト。1978年生まれ。
イラン人の両親のもと、カリフォルニア州サンタモニカで生まれた。メリーランド州ダーネスタウンで育ち、5歳でピアノを習い始め、20歳でニューヨークに移り、カール・ウルリッヒ・シュナーベルに師事した。シュナーベルの死後は、ジェローム・ローウェンタールとクロード・フランクに師事した。また、イリーナ・エデルマン、アンナ・バラケルスカヤ、クリントン・アダムス、エヴァ・ピエルロゥ、アン・シャインなどにも師事している。2001年以降、現代作曲家の作品を20数曲初演している。特に2002年には、カーネギーホールでカイホズル・シャプルジ・ソラブジのソナタ第0番を世界初演し、初の商業録音も行った。2004年にパレルモ(シチリア)のマッシモ劇場でヨーロッパデビューを果たした。それ以来、世界の一流のコンサートホールで演奏を行っており、ニューヨーク、ワシントンのケネディセンターのテラスシアター、ベルリンのフィルハーモニー、ベルリンのコンツェルトハウス、ロンドンのサウスバンクセンターのパーセルルーム、東京の武蔵野センター、ボルドーのテアトル・フェミナ、フィレンツェのテアトロ・コムナーレ、サンクトペテルブルクのフィルハーモニア、パレルモのテアトロ・ポリテアマなどでソロリサイタルや協奏曲を演奏してきた。レコーディング・アーティストとしては、ナクソス、ケンタウルス、21CCC、マホアの各レーベルから8枚のソロ・ディスクをリリースしている。
