Carl Friedberg (カール・フリードベルク)。ドイツの男性ピアニスト。1872年9月18日生まれ。1955年9月9日没。
ピアノの教育者として有名。ドイツ、フランクフルトのホーホ音楽院(Hoch Conservatory)でジェームス・クヴァスト、クララ・シューマンにピアノを師事。1893年から1904年の間、ホーホ音楽院で、1904年から1914年の間、ケルン音楽大学で、ピアノの教師を務める。1923年から引退する1946年まではジュリアード音楽院の前身であるニューヨーク音楽芸術学校で主席ピアノ教師を務めた。ヴァイオリニストのフリッツ・クライスラーと数多く共演したことで知られる。1937年にはヴァイオリニストのダニエル・カーピロウスキー、チェロ奏者のフェリックス・サモンドとピアノトリオを結成して活動した。レパートリーとしてはベートーヴェン、シューマン、ブラームスを得意としていた。録音を軽蔑していたことで知られていたが、1953年に81歳の時初めてレコードをリリースした。
