ピアニスト
Dora Bakopoulou (ドラ・バコポウロウ)。ギリシアの女性ピアニスト。
ギリシャのアテネ出身。幼少期にニューヨークで出会い、指揮者のディミトリス・ミトロプーロスにピアノの勉強を続けるように勧められた。アテネ音楽院で学び、優秀な成績で卒業。その後、ジュネーブ音楽院に入学し、ルイ・ヒルトブランドに師事し、「Premier Prix de Virtuosite avec distinction」を受賞した。また、ザルツブルクでフリードリヒ・グルダに、ウィーンでパウル・バドゥラ・スコダに師事。ミュンヘン、ヴェルチェッリ（イタリア）の国際コンクールでも入賞。ロンドン、パリ、モスクワ、サンクトペテルブルク、ニューヨーク（国連）など世界各地でリサイタルを行い、中央ヨーロッパでもツアーを行っている。また、ギリシャを代表し、海外の様々な文化イベントに公式参加している。ギリシャの作曲家（特にマノス・ハジダキスとミキス・テオドラキス）や海外のレパートリーの録音も多数行っている。アテネ・アカデミーから、音楽への貢献に対してモツェニゴス賞を授与されている。現在、ギリシャに在住し、数多くのコンサートを行っているほか、ギリシャ国立管弦楽団と頻繁に共演している。アテネ音楽院のピアノ教授を務めている。
