Janice Weber (ジャニス・ウェーバー)
ピアニスト
Janice Weber (ジャニス・ウェーバー)。アメリカの女性ピアニスト。1950年生まれ。
ニュージャージー州生まれ。12歳でオーケストラデビュー。イーストマン音楽学校でセシリー・ゲンハート、ウジェーヌ・リストに師事。ニューヨーク・シティでナディア・ライセンベルグに師事。他にウォルター・ヘンデル、 ホセ・エチャニスにも師事。ボストン音楽院のピアノ科のメンバー。これまでにラフマニノフのピアノ編曲集全曲録音、ジークフリート・カルク＝エーレルトのフルートとピアノ作品の録音などをリリースしている。作家としても活躍し、1985年に処女作「The Secret Life of Eva Hathaway」を出版している。
