Marie-Catherine Girod (マリー＝カトリーヌ・ジロー)。フランスの女性ピアニスト。1949年8月19日生まれ。
ボルドー音楽院でピアノを学び、パリ音楽院ではジュール・ジャンティルのクラスで学んだ。ポール・バドゥラ＝スコダ、シェベーク・ジェルジに師事。ボルドーの "Mai "フェスティバル、ラ・ロック・ダンテロン、"Festival Estival de Paris"、バガテル城の "Chopin Festival"、ノアンのフェスティバル、ドイツのフーズムフェスティバル、"Alexandre Paley et ses amis "フェスティバル、ノルマンディーの "Moulin d'Ande "フェスティバルなどに定期的に招かれている。ヨーロッパやアメリでリサイタルを行うほか、ラジオ・フランスが主催するコンサートやラジオ放送にも頻繁に参加している。ラヴェル、ドビュッシー、デュティユーよりも、古典派やロマン派のレパートリー(ウェーバー、ショパン、メンデルスゾーン)を得意としている。また演奏される機会の少ない作曲家の再発見に大きく貢献している。特にガブリエル・デュポン、モーリス・エマニュエル、アンドレ・ジョリヴェ、アルトゥール・ルーリエ、ギュスターヴ・サマズイユなどの作品の録音は高く評価されている。2009年には、メンデルスゾーンのピアノ曲全集の録音を完成させている。教育者としては、1986年から2012年までスーシー＝アン＝ブリー音楽院で指導し、1992年にはスーシーの全国ピアノコンクールを創設して2005年まで運営した。2011年10月からはパリ・エコール・ノルマル音楽院で教鞭をとっている。
