Markus Groh (マルクス・グロー)。ドイツの男性ピアニスト。1970年1月5日生まれ。
1995年のエリザベート王妃国際コンクールのピアノ部門でドイツ人として初めて優勝。ワルシャワ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、シンシナティ管弦楽団、ロンドン交響楽団、デトロイト交響楽団など世界の著名なオーケストラと数多く共演。2006年にリストの作品、2008年にブラームスの作品を収録したCDをリリース。
