Orli Shaham (オルリ・シャハム)
ピアニスト
Orli Shaham (オルリ・シャハム)。アメリカの女性ピアニスト。1975年11月5日生まれ。
兄は世界的なヴァイオリニストのギル・シャハム。リヴァーデールにあるホーレス・マン学校、コロンビア大学、ジュリアード音楽院でピアノの研鑽を積んだ。1997年にはエーブリー・フィッシャー賞(Avery Fisher Career Grant)を受賞。これまでにフィラデルフィア管弦楽団、ロサンゼルス・フィルハーモニー、サンフランシスコ交響楽団、シカゴ交響楽団などと共演。リスナーからの質問に同僚のプロ音楽家に電話して回答するという、クラシック音楽のラジオ番組「Dial-a-Musician」を受け持っている。2003年にセントルイス交響楽団の音楽監督のデイヴィッド・ロバートソンと結婚。兄ギル・シャハムとはドヴォルザークの作品の録音や、モーツァルトのヴァイオリンソナタの演奏(DVDとしてリリース)などで度々共演し、息の合った素晴らしい演奏を披露している。
