ピアニスト
Polina Leschenko (ポリーナ・レスチェンコ)。ロシアの女性ピアニスト。1981年生まれ。
サンクトペテルブルク生まれ。父の教えで6歳からピアノを始める。8歳の時レニングラード交響楽団と共演してオーケストラデビュー。これまでにセルゲイ・レシチェンコ、ヴィタリー・マルグリス、パヴェル・ギリロフ、アレクサンドル・ラビノヴィチ=バラコフスキー、クリストファー・エルトンに師事。16歳の時ブリュッセル王立音楽院を最高位の成績で卒業。ハレ管弦楽団、スコットランド室内管弦楽団、ボーンマス交響楽団、ブリテン・シンフォニアなど著名なオーケストラと共演。室内楽では、ヴァイオリニストのイヴリー・ギトリス、パトリシア・コパチンスカヤ、ユリア・フィッシャー、チェリストのソル・ガベッタ、ナタリー・クラインと共演。「Martha Argerich presents …」シリーズでリスト、ショパン、ラフマニノフ、ブラームス、バッハの作品を収録したアルバムをリリースしてレコーディングデビュー。
