ピアニスト
Emile Naoumoff (エミール・ナウモフ)。フランスの男性ピアニスト。1962年2月20日生まれ。
ブルガリアのソフィア生まれ。5歳から神童ぶりを発揮し、ピアノ、作曲を学び始める。8歳の時、ナディア・ブーランジェに出会い、彼女の最後の弟子となり、エコールノルマル音楽院で彼女に師事した。1984年にはパリ国立高等音楽・舞踊学校で教授に就任。同年、代役のピアニストとしてリハーサルなしでチャイコフスキーのピアノ協奏曲第1番を演奏し一躍注目を集め、ソリストとしての地位を確固たるものとした。1981年には、19歳の若さで出版社と作曲家として契約。1994年にはモデスト・ムソルグスキーの「展覧会の絵」を編曲し、ワシントンでムスティスラフ・ロストロポーヴィチと共演して自ら世界初公演を行った。ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、アジア各国でコンサートツアーを行っている。チェロ奏者のIseut Chuatと共演してフランク、ドビュッシー、プーランクのチェロソナタをリリースしている。2020年現在、インディアナ大学ジェイコブズ音楽院で准教授を務めている。
