Elisha Abas (エリシャ・アバス)
ピアニスト
Elisha Abas (エリシャ・アバス)。イスラエルの男性ピアニスト。1971年12月10日生まれ。
作曲家でもある。プニーナ・ザルツマンに長年師事した。アレクサンダー・スクリャービンの血を引く音楽一家に生まれた。6歳からピアノを始め、アイザック・スターン、レナード・バーンスタイン、ズービン・メータと協演していた。コンクールで優秀な成績修めていたが、14歳でサッカー選手を目指すようになり、28歳でケガで引退するまでイスラエルのプロサッカーチームで活躍した。サッカー選手からの引退後、プニーナ・ザルツマンに連絡を取り、再びピアニストとして活躍することとなった。以降は、世界各地を回ってコンサートツアーを行っている。2009年委はキューバでブラームスのピアノ協奏曲を披露している。
