Steven Osborne (スティーヴン・オズボーン)。イギリスの男性ピアニスト。1971年生まれ。
スコットランドのピアニスト。エジンバラのセントメアリーズ音楽学校でリチャード・ボーチャンプに師事しした後、マンチェスターの王立ノーザン音楽大学に通い、レナ・ケラウェイに師事。1991年にスイスで開催されたクララ・ハスキル国際ピアノコンクール、1997年5月にニューヨークで開催されたナウンバーグ国際コンクールで優勝。1999年にBBC新世代アーティストに選出された。1998年にHyperion Recordsと契約してレコーディング活動を開始。BBCスコティッシュ交響楽団と共演して、オズボーンのアレクサンダー・マッケンジー卿のスコットランド協奏曲とドナルド・トービー卿のピアノ協奏曲を組み合わせの録音で、BBCミュージックマガジンの「ベストオブザイヤー」とグラモフォンの「批評家チョイス」を受賞。カプースチンの作品の録音、2002年にオリヴィエ・メシアンの叙事詩「Vingt regards sur l'enfant-Jesus」の録音。2009年のブリテンのピアノ協奏曲、2013年のムソルグスキーとプロコフィエフでグラモフォン・アワーズを受賞。ラフマニノフの24の前奏曲、ブリテンのピアノとオーケストラのための全集でSchallplattenpreis賞を受賞。読売日本交響楽団、ベルリン交響楽団、ドイツ交響楽団ベルリン、ザルツブルク・モザルテウム管弦楽団、フィンランド放送交響楽団、ベルゲン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、レジデンティ・オーケスト、シドニー交響楽団、香港フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、ダラス交響楽団など、世界中のオーケストラで共演。クリストフ・フォン・ドーナニー、アラン・ギルバート、ウラディーミル・アシュケナージ、リュドヴィク・モルロー、レイフ・セーゲルスタム、アンドリュー・リットン、インゴ・メッツマッハー、ウラディーミル・ユロフスキー、ユッカ・ペッカ・サラステなどの指揮者と共演。毎年BBCプロムスに出演。2010年のポール・ワトキンス指揮のアルスター管弦楽団とのラフマニノフのピアノ協奏曲第1番、2012年のジョン・ストルゴーズ指揮のBBCフィルハーモニック管弦楽団とのグリーグのピアノ協奏曲などを披露している。室内楽奏者としてクリスティアン・テッツラフ、アルバン・ゲルハルト、ポール・ルイス、リサ・バティアシュビリらと共演。2014年、エジンバラ王立協会のフェローに選出された。
