Erick Friedman (エリック・フリードマン)。アメリカの男性ヴァイオリニスト。1939年8月14日生まれ。2004年3月30日没。
6歳からヴァイオリンを始める。10歳の時ジュリアード音楽院に入学、ナタン・ミルシテインやヤッシャ・ハイフェッツから個人レッスンを受けた。17歳の時南カリフォルニア大学でハイフェッツに師事し、1961年にバッハの2台のヴァイオリンのための協奏曲を録音。サザンメソジスト大学のアーティスト・イン・レジデンスを務め、マンハッタン音楽学校でもヴァイオリンを教えていた。1970年代前半に北カリフォルニア芸術大学でヴァイオリンを教えた。1989年からイェール大学でマスタークラスを開講し、後進の指導にあたった。1996年に「The Heifetz Collection」でグラミー賞を受賞。これまでにニューヨーク・フィル、ベルリン・フィル、オーケストラ・ド・パリ、シカゴ交響楽団、ボストン交響楽団などと共演。
