Madeleine Mitchell (マデリーン・ミッチェル)。イギリスの女性ヴァイオリニスト。
日本語のカタカナ表記は定まっておらず、「マドレーン・ミッチェル」「マデリン・ミッチェル」「マドリン・ミッチェル」「マデリーヌ・ミッチェル」などと記載されることもある。12歳から18歳まで王立音楽大学でヴァイオリンをベルサ・スティーブンス、ピアノをアイダ・ロヴェールに師事。1978年に王立音楽大学でタゴール・ゴールドメダルを受賞し、ヴァイオリン、室内楽、オーケストラのリードを一等賞で卒業。ニューヨークのイーストマンとジュリアード音楽院へITT国際フェローシップを得てシルヴィア・ローゼンバーグの下でヴァイオリンを学び、マスターを取得。1985年にロンドンのサウスバンクセンターのパーセルルームでデビュー多くの国際的なフェスティバルやイギリスの主要なフェスティバルで演奏活動を行い、特にロンドンで頻繁に演奏している。2015年にナイジェルクレイトンとともに、ウィグモアホールでソロリサイタルを開催。ロンドン室内楽アンサンブル(アンサンブル)の音楽監督を務めている。2000年にはロイヤル・ソサエティ・オブ・アーツのフェローを務めた。1994年より王立音楽大学の教授を務めている。2017年にサディ・ハリソン、デイヴィッド・マシューズなどイギリスを代表する作曲家たちによる作品を収録した『VIOLIN MUSE～現代ヴァイオリン作品集』をリリース。2020年10月に杉並公会堂ホールでブルッフのヴァイオリン協奏曲などの演奏で、リサイタルを開催予定。
