Marina Thibeault (マリーナ・ティボー)。フランスの女性ヴィオリスト。
カーティス音楽院でマイケル・ツリーとロベルト・ディアスに、スイス・イタリア音楽院でブルーノ・ジュランナに、マギル大学でアンドレ・ロイに師事し、修士号を取得。2016年から2017年にかけてラジオ・カナダのクラシック番組「Revelation」に選出された。協奏曲のソリストとして、これまでに北チェコ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、マリアンスケー・ラーズニェ交響楽団、サンティアゴ室内管弦楽団、ヴェルビエ音楽祭、メトロポリタン管弦楽団、シンフォニア・トロントなどと共演。室内楽にも熱心に取り組み、グァルネリ・カルテット、クリーヴランド・カルテット、シャルル・リシャール・ハーメルン、マリー・ニコル・レミュー、ヨハネス・モーザーなどの著名な室内楽奏者と共演している。ジョン・コリリアーノ、ジョーン・タワー、クシシュトフ・ペンデレツキなどの作曲家の作品も演奏している。2017年4月にファーストアルバム「Toquade」をATMAレーベルからリリースし、ADISQとPrix Opusのアルバム・オブ・ザ・イヤーにノミネートされた。2020年のJUNO賞にノミネートされたアルバム「ELLES」は、クララ・シューマンから現代までの女性作曲家の作品を収録している。Pere-Lindsay Foundation(2017年)、「Revelation Radio-Canada」(2016-2017年)、CBCの「30歳以下の注目のクラシック音楽家30人」(2016年)、Sylva Gelber Foundation(2016年)から表彰を受けている。Prix d'Europeの弦楽器部門で第1位(2015年)、McGill Concerto Competition(2015年)、Radio-Canada「Young Artist」賞(2007年)のほか、Beethoven Hradec International Viola Competition(2008年)では特別賞を受賞している。2019-20年度より、The UBC School of Musicのヴィオラと室内楽の助教授に就任。
