Michael Rabin (マイケル・レビン)。アメリカの男性ヴァイオリニスト。1936年5月2日生まれ。1972年1月19日没。
1950年代を代表するアメリカを代表するヴァイオリニスト。精神疾患を患い35歳で夭逝した。ジュリアード音楽院で学んだピアニストの母と、ニューヨーク・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団のヴァイオリニストの父のもとに生まれる。7歳からヴァイオリンを始め、ヤッシャ・ハイフェッツの勧めで、ニューヨーク州郊外にある音楽学校Meadowmount School of Musicとジュリアード音楽院でイヴァン・ガラミアンの下でヴァイオリンの研鑽を積んだ。イヴァン・ガラミアンに完全無欠と言わしめたほどのヴァイオリンの名手であった。1950年13歳の時カーネギーホールでビュータンのヴァイオリン協奏曲第5番を演奏してデビュー。ディミトリス・ミトロプーロス指揮のニューヨーク・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団とパガニーニのヴァイオリン協奏曲を演奏。これまでにメンデルスゾーン、パガニーニ、グラズノフ、ヴィエニャフスキ、チャイコフスキーのヴァイオリン協奏曲の録音がリリースされている。特に1958年のパガニーニのヴァイオリン協奏曲の録音、パガニーニの24のカプリースの演奏は現在でも非常に高い評価を受けてる。
