Karen Bentley Pollick (カレン・ベントリー・ポリック)。アメリカの女性ヴァイオリニスト。
1999年からポール・ドレシャーのエレクトロ・アコースティック・アンサンブルのヴァイオリン奏者として活動し、ヴァイオリン、ヴィオラ、ピアノ、ノルウェーのハルダンゲルフェレを用いた幅広いレパートリーやスタイルのソロ演奏も行っている。カリフォルニア州パロアルト出身。サンフランシスコでカミラ・ウィックスに、インディアナ大学でユヴァル・ヤロン、ジョセフ・ギンゴールド、ロスティスラフ・ドビンスキーに師事し、ヴァイオリン演奏の学士号と修士号を取得した。オリジナル曲のレコーディングは、Electric Diamond、Konzerto & Succubus、Ariel Viewなどがあり、Just Plain Folksからベスト・インストゥルメンタル・アルバムとベストソングを含む3つの音楽賞を受賞。自身のレコード会社Ariel Venturesでは、Dancing Suite to Suite、<amberwood>、Homage to Fiddlers、Russian Soulscapes、Peace Pieceをプロデュースしている。2009年6月には、アラバマ州ショールクリークでダン・テプファーのヴァイオリンとピアノのための「Solo Blues」の撮影を行った。1983年と1984年にカーネギーホールでニューヨーク・ストリング・オーケストラのコンサートマスターを務めた。ソリストとしてレッドウッド交響楽団、アラバマ交響楽団、パナマ、ロシア、アラスカ、ニューヨーク、カリフォルニアのオーケストラと共演し、スウェーデンの作曲家オーレ・サクセのヴァイオリンとオーケストラのための舞踏組曲の世界初演を行った。ロシアのピアニスト／作曲家イヴァン・ソコロフとはローマ・アメリカンアカデミー、シアトル、ニューヨークで、チェコ全土でチェリストのデニス・パーカーとはアメリカのスプリングフェスティバルで、英国ではハダースフィールド現代音楽祭でリサイタルを行っている。2010年3月にバーミンガム、シアトル、ミュージック・オロモウツで行ったソロ・ヴァイオリン＆オルタネーティング・カレントのコンサートに対して、アラバマ州芸術評議会と全米芸術基金から助成金を受けた。2012年11月には、ニューヨークのビデオアーティスト、シェリー・ウィルスと「Violin, Viola & Video Virtuosity」をブルックリンとシアトルで開始した。2009年よりポール・ドレッサー・ダブル・デュオとツアーも行っている。
