Lynnette Seah (リネッテ・セア)
ヴァイオリニスト
Lynnette Seah (リネッテ・セア)。シンガポールの女性ヴァイオリニスト。1957年生まれ。
5歳から母親かピアノを習い始める。6歳からヴァイオリンを始めた。12歳の時、アメリカミシガン州の国立音楽キャンプの奨学金を得た。15歳の時オーストラリアのアデレードの国際音楽キャンプのビショップ交響楽団の副コンサートマスターに就任。ハノーファー音楽演劇大学の奨学金を得て入学。トロントでダヴィド・マンコウィッツ、ハノーファーでフリードリヒ・フォン・ハウゼッガー、プラハでカレル・シュネーベルガー 、ロンドンでイフラ・ニーマン、ニューヨークでドロシー・ディレイに師事した。21歳からヤマハ音楽学校でピアノとヴァイオリンを教え始めた。1979年にシンガポール交響楽団が設立されたときに入団。ソリストとして、オレブロ室内管弦楽団、テプリツェ交響楽団、シンガポール交響楽団、チューリッヒ交響楽団などと共演。1996年には、タイのバンコクでのタイ国王の50周年記念式典で指揮者のチョン・ミョンフンと共演して演奏を披露している。2006年にシンガポールの芸術賞であるCultural Medallion for Musicを受賞。
