Richard Tognetti (リチャード・トネッティ)。オーストラリアの男性ヴァイオリニスト。1965年8月4日生まれ。
キャンベラ生まれ。4歳からヴァイオリンを始める。ハロルド・ブリッセンデン(Harold Brissenden)、ヴィオリストのウィリアム・プリムローズからヴァイオリンを学んだ。11歳のときシドニー音楽院付属高等学校に入学、シドニー音楽院でヴァイオリンの研鑽を積んだ。ダヴィド・オイストラフ、ヴァレリー・クリモフの下で学んだアリス・ワーテンに師事。1980年にブリス・ベインで開催された国立若手コンチェルトコンクールで優勝。1987年にドイツへ渡り、ベルン芸術大学でイゴール・オジムに師事。カメラータ・ベルンのメンバーとして活躍。ベルン交響楽団、バーゼル・シンフォニエッタと共演。オーストラリア室内管弦楽団(ACO)のリーダー、芸術監督として25歳の頃より活躍し、オーストラリア各地で演奏活動を行っている。オーストラリア国外でも、アムステルダムのコンセントヘボウ、ロンドンのバービカンセンター、ロサンゼルスのウォルト・ディズニーコンサートホール、ニューヨークのカーネギーホールでコンサートを開いている。スロヴェニアのマリボル・フェスティヴァルの芸術監督も務めている。録音では、バッハ、ベートーヴェン、モーツァルト、ヴィヴァルディ、ドヴォルザークのヴァイオリン協奏曲、バッハのソナタとパルティータの録音をリリースしている。オーストラリア室内管弦楽団として、スティーヴン・コヴァセヴィッチとともにベートーヴェンのピアノ協奏曲や、アンジェラ・ヒューイットとバッハの鍵盤協奏曲、エマニュエル・パユとヴィヴァルディのフルート協奏曲を録音している。ウーロンゴン大学、西オーストラリア大学、シドニー大学から音楽の名誉博士号を授与されている。
