Sarah Chang (サラ・チャン)。アメリカの女性ヴァイオリニスト。1980年12月10日生まれ。
フィラデルフィアで韓国人の両親のもとに生まれる。3歳からピアノ、4歳からヴァイオリンを始める。5歳でジュリアード音楽院のオーディションを受けて入学。ジュリアード音楽院外でアイザック・スターン、ドロシー・ディレイに師事。1993年にドイツ・グラモフォンの「ヤングアーティストオブザイヤー」、1999年にエイヴリー・フィッシャー賞、ドイツのエコー賞を受賞するなど、非常に高い評価を受けている、アメリカを代表する女流ヴァイオリニスト。、2019年に来日し、ソロリサイタルを開催し、フランクのヴァイオリンソナタ、ラヴェルのツィガーヌなどを披露している。
