Stella Chen (ステラ・チェン)。アメリカの女性ヴァイオリニスト。1992年7月12日生まれ。
ハーバード／ニューイングランド音楽院(NEC)デュアルディグリープログラムを卒業。ハーバード大学で心理学の学士号を優等で取得し、NECでMMを取得。その後、ジュリアード音楽院で博士号を取得し、同時にクロンベルク・アカデミーでプロフェッショナル・スタディの候補生となった。リー・リン、ミハエラ・マルティン、ドナルド・ワイラースタイン、イツァーク・パールマン、キャサリン・チョー、ミリアム・フリードらに師事。ニューヨークを拠点として活動し、リンカーン・センター室内楽協会のバウアーズ・プログラムのメンバーを務め、ジュリアード音楽院では長年の師であるリー・リンのティーチング・アシスタントを務めている。ハーバード大学のロバート・レヴィン賞の第1回受賞。ティボール・ヴァルガ国際ヴァイオリン・コンクールの最高位、メニューイン・コンクールの史上最年少入賞。2019年エリザベート王妃国際ヴァイオリンコンクールで優勝。2020年エイヴリー・フィッシャー・キャリア・グラント、2020年リンカーンセンター新進アーティスト賞を受賞。ニューヨーク・フィル、ミネソタ管弦楽団、ヨーロッパ室内管弦楽団、シカゴ交響楽団、ベルギー国立管弦楽団、ブリュッセル・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、ルクセンブルク・フィルハーモニア、ハーバード・ラドクリフ管弦楽団と共演。最近ではヨルグ・ヴィッドマンの協奏曲第2番を作曲者の指揮で米国初演を行った。ケネディ・センター、メトロポリタン美術館、シカゴのマイラ・ヘス記念コンサート・シリーズなどでソロ演奏を行っている。また、ブータン、ヨルダン、イスラエル、キューバ、コロンビアなどでも演奏している。音楽祭では、ラヴィニア、クロンベルク・アカデミー、ザルツブルク・モーツァルテウム、パールマン・ミュージック・プログラム、Music@Menlo、サラソタ音楽祭、YellowBarnなどに出演している。イツァーク・パールマン、ロバート・レヴィン、ガーボル・タカーチ＝ナギ、マシュー・リップマン、シルクロード・アンサンブルなどの著名なアーティストともコラボレーションを行っている。
