Katia Popov (カティア・ポポフ)。ブルガリアの女性ヴァイオリニスト。1965年3月3日生まれ。2018年5月22日没。
カリフォルニア・フィルハーモニック、ハリウッドボールオーケストラ(HBO)の他、多くのアメリカのオーケストラでコンサートマスターを務める。ロサンゼルスを拠点に活動。卵巣がんとの闘病後2018年に亡くなりました。当サイトでも早くから注目していたヴァイオリニストでした。CDやストリーミングという形での録音は少ないですが、Youtubeで多くの演奏が公開されています。
