ヴァイオリニスト
Yu-Chien Tseng (ユーチン・ツェン)。台湾の男性ヴァイオリニスト。1994年8月24日生まれ。
曾宇謙。台北生まれ。5歳からヴァイオリンを始め、6歳ですでに台北交響楽団と協演するほどの才能を見せる。台湾ではリ・イ=ヂィン、Nanette Chenらに師事。2006年に若手ヴァイオリニストのためのユーディ・メニューイン国際コンクールのジュニア部門で第3位を受賞。2008年からカーティス音楽院イダ・カヴァフィアン、アーロン・ローザンドに師事。2009年にスペインのパンプローナで開始されたパブロ・サラサーテ国際コンクールで優勝。2012年のエリザベート王妃国際音楽コンクール第5位。2015年のチャイコフスキーコンクール第2位(1位なし)。2015年のシンガポール国際ヴァイオリンコンクールで第1位。5歳よりヴァイオリンを始める。6歳の時点で既に台北交響楽団と協演。2008年よりアメリカのカーティス音楽院でイダ・カヴァフィアン、アーロン・ローザンドの下で研鑽を積む。アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアでソロツアー活動を精力的に行っている。2019年に来日し東京オペラシティコンサートホールで香港シンフォニエッタと共演して、モーツァルトのヴァイオリン協奏曲第5番を披露している。これまでにフランク、ラヴェル、ドビュッシーのフランスの作曲家のヴァイオリンソナタを収録したアルバム(ピアニストのインガ・ゼクツェルと共演)、サラサーテのヴァイオリン作品集、ショパン、エルンスト、モーツァルト、タルティーニ、チャイコフスキー、ヴィエニャフスキの作品を収録したアルバム(ピアニストのロハン・デ・シルヴァと共演)をリリースしている。
