ヴァイオリニスト
Bojan Cicic (ボヤン・チチッチ)。クロアチアの男性ヴァイオリニスト。1979年5月22日生まれ。
パリ国立高等音楽院でバロック・ヴァイオリンと古楽プログラムを学び、2004年に卒業した。2005年から2007年まで、ロンドンのギルドホール音楽演劇学校でバロック・ヴァイオリンの勉強を続けた。16世紀後半からメンデルスゾーンやベートーヴェンのロマン派ヴァイオリン協奏曲まで幅広いレパートリーを得意としている。古楽アカデミーとアンサンブル・フロリレギウムのリーダーであり、18世紀オーケストラ、コンチェルト・コペンハーゲン、啓蒙の時代のオーケストラなどのオーケストラのリーダーとして頻繁に招待されている。レイチェル・ポッジャーとのJ.S.バッハの「2つのヴァイオリンのための協奏曲」の録音は、BBCミュージック・マガジンで最高の録音に選出された。音楽監督やソリストとして、古楽アカデミー、スロヴェニア・フィルハーモニック・オーケストラ、ワシントン・バッハ・コンソート、オランダのフィオン・オーケストラに招かれている。17～18世紀の希少なレパートリーを探求するため、自身のグループ「イリリア・コンソート」を結成。デビュー録音であるジョヴァンニ・ステファノ・カルボネッリのソナテ・ダ・カメラ第1番から第6番は大きな評価を得て、2017年のPresto Classicalの「Presto Recordings of the Year」の一つに選出された。最新作『Adriatic Voyage』も2021年のPresto Recording of the Year Awardを受賞。2022年には、Scherzi da violino solo、JSバッハ：無伴奏ヴァイオリンのためのソナタとパルティータ、クリスマスの器楽曲を集めたアルバム『La Notte』をリリース。2016年、ロイヤル・カレッジ・オブ・ミュージックのバロック・ヴァイオリン教授に任命され、歴史的な情報に基づいた演奏スタイルで次世代の器楽奏者を育成することに情熱を注いでいる。
